Cell Phones

You may qualify for a free phone and service from Safelink Wireless. This is a government-sponsored program to increase the connectivity among lower income people.

Free dial-up Internet service is available if you need it from Dial Up For Free. You can keep your regular service and use this one in a pinch if it’s down.

Free Internet service is available to Western Seattle residents from No Charge. It’s dial-up, but really, completely free.

US Cellular stores will give you up to 4 battery swaps for a working cell phone. Check at the site to be sure your handset is qualified for the swap.
